ALL BUSINESS WILL BE CONDUCTED THROUGH KODAKOR RESIDENT's account.

It is the client's responsibility to read and adhere to the terms outlined by this TOS.

All work undertaken will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start date and all work will be completed by KODAKOR resident unless otherwise agreed.

When booking Dākôr's services, you are booking creativity, professionalism, and an experience. Please view my portfolio to be sure that Dākôr's style aligns with your vision.

Please come with design inspiration, mood boards, flat lay ideas, Pinterest boards, and etc. DO NOT USE SOMEONE ELSES SECOND LIFE WORK. I encourage you to book that talented designer instead.

The client may not ask for KODAKOR resident's edit rights. Please tell me what you want fixed and I'll fix my own work.

Failure to follow these steps may cause completion date to be pushed back.

The client shall provide access to site/location through the duration of the construction of the build. Notify KODAKOR resident if in need of a group slot before hand as well as adding KODAKOR resident's name to security orbs. (You may remove after the completion of project.)
The client shall provide KODAKOR resident with a landmark titled client's legacy name.
The client shall add KODAKOR resident as a friend to give KODAKOR edit rights to their pre-rezzed home/venue.

Before any construction or interior design begins, the client(s) site must be CLEAN and free of prim unless you would like the items to be used in the Dākôr's design.

While KODAKOR resident is working on the client's space do not interrupt. If you have concerns please type them on a notecard and deliver it to Dakor's drop box in-world. I will read it and reach out to you promptly. My creative process may be different. I like to try new things, what you may see rezzed may not even be there the next time you log on. When I'm interrupted it disrupts my thinking. So please, please, please send a notecard and we can schedule a time for you to come point out changes you'd like made during the design process.

Dakor will not tolerate harassments of any kind. You will not speed up completion time by being impatient, rude, or unruly. This will cause an immediate withdrawal of contract and all services null and void.

The client will NOT ask for any add-ons during the design and decorating process. Any add-ons will be charged an extra fee before completion.

example: During consultation you only explained that you wanted 1 bedroom decorated, after payment, you come back and ask for all 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, and the house landscaped too for free. NOT HAPPENING.

Due to the unforeseeable effects of RL, be mindful that Dākôr works with estimated times of completion. Different projects have different estimated time frames of completion. These time frames are based on what the client is looking for, and the complexity of each project.

Upon completion of your project, you will have a final walk-through with KODAKOR resident. During final walk-through the client may request to make minor changes. It is Dākôr's wish that clients are 100% happy with their services.

After final walk-through, any addition and/or changes shall be properly treated as variations and will be charged a 2,500L fee per request.

All payments must be made beforehand via direct transaction to Kodakor Resident or via Marketplace @ https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/236943.

Dakor does not accept last minute bookings unless you want a last minute result. It takes time to shop for, plan, and bring your vision to life. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause you!

The client understands that each design comes as is.
Client may request to see build rezzed before purchase.
For all changes requested there will be a 500L charge made to be paid before hand.
KODAKOR resident must be provided with rez rights to rez and place build.
The client shall have a platform already rezzed for placement of skyboxes.

----REFUND POLICY----

1. Due to the nature of these types of transactions, Dākôr DOES NOT give refunds for services rendered.

I will only give a partial refund if the project isn't completed in the event that the client and I cannot come to terms on the vision and design style. Partial refund means my COST OF LABOR will not be included in the refund.
My COSTS of LABOR are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Hence this is why DAKOR DOES NOT give refunds for services rendered.
The partial refund covers the materials that were purchased to complete your project. I RARELY reuse items from previous jobs in client(s) custom work.

2. Force Majeure.

In the event an act of god or an occurrence out of the Dākôr's control takes place prohibiting this contract’s fulfillment, the parties will be responsible for notifying one another in a timely manner.

Upon notification measures shall be taken to allow this contract to be completed including changes to the agreement end date as well as the allowance of another Service Provider to complete portions unable to be completed by the Service Provider.

If any that acts beyond either party’s control interfere with the completion of the listed services, DAKOR shall be entitled to payment for services rendered up to that point in time. No further losses or damages will be granted to either party.

Dākôr has the right to cancel service if the clients service cannot be fulfilled due to a real life ACT OF GOD.

Acts of God includes but not limited to:

War
Climate events such as tornadoes, winter storms, hurricanes, floods, and all natural disasters.....
real life health (death, severe sickness, and etc.)
Riots

Failure to adhere to the guidelines outlined in this T.O.S can result in DAKOR revoking services without partial or full refund. In the event of services being revoked you will be immediately blocked and banned from utilizing DAKOR's services.

I the client understand and agree to the terms of this T.O.S once the booking fee is paid.

This contract shall be judged in accordance with the Laws of U.S. Judicial System.
